Everything you need to know before you visit us at the Salon
-Specific Treatments represented by (*) require a consultation before treatment sessions can begin. Prices of these treatments are also determined during said consultation
-24 hour cancellations are in effect to ensure that all clients appointment times are respected.
-If you are new to the salon, The Bayside Lobby Desk Staff can guide you to "Rachael's Salon"
-The Salon is strictly a no-smoking area.
-Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to complete consultation details. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
-For treatments, children aged between 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults, aged 16-18 years must have written consent from a guardian.
-We politely ask that children below the age of 14 are not brought into the salon.
-Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your appointment.
